Roasted Honey Butter Chicken

Ingredients for Chicken:

2 Leg Quarters

2 Bay Leaves

4 Tbsp. Melted Butter

2 Tbsp. Honey

1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tsp Black Pepper

.5 Tsp Salt


Heat oven to 425

Combine melted butter and honey, brush leg quarters top and bottom. Sprinkle salt, pepper and pepper flakes on skin and rub in. Let sit for 15 minutes to marinate. Grease a large oven safe pan and sit to to the side with one bay leaf inside

In large oven pan, place chicken skin side up and roast for 30 -40 minutes or until golden brown

I serve with potato salad and some form of fruity bbq sauce to top
